1 can (4oz) mushrooms or 1/2 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
1 pkg dried onion soup mix
1/2 c red wine vinegar
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
combine all ingredients, cover and bake 300 for 3 hours.
Serve over noodles or rice.
In my pic, the Beef Burgundy is served over rice. Either way it does taste very good. The vinegar is a little strong, but it is still a very tasty meal to eat. My only real complaint is that it takes 3 hours to cook and that makes it hard with a busy schedule.
When I first glanced through that last paragraph, I thought you said "...served over rice. Either way it doesn't taste very good."
