Spinch Chicken Alfredo Lasgana

1 jar alfredo sauce
9 lasgana noodles, cooked
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 small container ricotta cheese
1 small bag (2 cups) mozzarella cheese
spinach
1 can of sliced mushrooms (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Spread a little bit of the sauce on the bottom of the pan. Place one layer on top of the sauce (a few tablespoons will do the job.) Then add a 1/3 of the chicken in layer, then a layer of 1/3 of ricotta, then a layer of spinach (enough to cover the layer), next a layer of 1/3 of the sauce last a layer of 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese. (add in mushrooms into a layer if desired) Repeat until ingredients are gone. Bake at 375 for about 35-45 minutes or until lightly brown on top.

What a great twist to the classic lasagna. If you love alfredo then you will love this.
