Broccoli Chicken

(Serves 6)

1 Large bag broccoli (really as much as you want)

4 boiled chicken breasts (we shred ours)

First lay broccoli in cake pan (may still be frozen when you place in pan)

Then lay chicken (cut in pieces) on top

Mix in separate bowl: 2 cans cream of cream of chicken with:

curry powder (amount of curry depends on how much you like curry)

½ c. miracle whip

1 TBS lemon juice

Pour mixture on top of chicken and broccoli

Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 350 for 1 hour
Serve on top of rice.

Jacob and I compared our recipes and this has been the winner for flavor and ease of cooking. His mom use to make it when he was little. It is now one of our family favorites.
