I had a craving for these pancakes for breakfast. They have a big egg taste, but very good.
1/4 c. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
6 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1-2 tsp sugar
Heat oven to 425 and melt butter bottom of a in a 9x13 pan. Beat eggs then add flour, milk, salt, and sugar. Pour over melted butter. Bake 15-20 minutes or until center puffs up & most of butter is absorbed. Serve with Syrup or powder sugar.
