1 box cake mix (any flavor)
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Roll into small balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 10 minutes.
Jacob's sister-in-law made these at a family dinner and I thought they were delicious. It is one the easiest cookies I have made. When you take them out of the oven, they may look a little undercooked. Place them on the cooling rack and let them cool. They end up being super soft cookies and really sweet. One day I made some for my grandparents. They sent me home with another box of cake mix to make them some more. I had to laugh, but was really happy that they loved it so much.
