My best friend game me this recipe to try. All the ingredients sounded weird together the first time I read over it, but Jacob and I thought we'd try it anyways. We both agreed that it was very good and want to share it with others.
Prepare 6-8 servings of cooked thin spaghetti.
2 chicken breasts cut into strips
Cook chicken in olive oil. Add sauce and heat through. Pour over noodles and stir
Sauce:
1 c. chicken broth
1/3-1/2 c. peanut butter
4 TBSP soy sauce
1 tsp ginger
pepper to taste
1 tsp honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
You can also add red peppers, mushrooms, or onions. You may use crunchy peanut butter if you like a little nut in your food. If not, then use creamy peanut butter.
